No matter how the weather will be, most of us will find way to celebrate 1st of May – if not outside then on some terrace or similar, and of course with a barbecue. Meat, bread and alchohol combination is not recommended if you are after protecting your health and or keeping up with your fitness goals.
So here are two simple tips everybody can use and in the same time enjoy holiday as everybody else:
- Instead of bread focus on vegetables – where is a berbicue there is always salad too. Salad is always left over as everybody focuses mostly on bread – this time choose salad instead of bread. You will feel a lot better afterwards.
- Instead of greasy meat choose fish – it goes great with vegetables!
