This recipe is one of my favourite this fall! I already published video on my Youtube channel but did not have a chance to post it here on the blog!

Sweetness of coconut milk in combination with curry and butternut squash taste along with the creaminess of the soup will make it one of your  favourite foods for this fall.

Before I started to avoid diary, I always avoided coconut milk in cooking salty foods as this was too much for my taste buds-loved to have it in sweets though. But now my horisonts are opening and can not beleive I did not try it before…

Starting to get more and more into Thai food, as this is their way of cooking and have to say looking forward to this fall… ready to try?






1 middle size butternut squash

1 onion

2 cloves garlic

2 tsp of ginger powder or fresh ginger

1/2 tsp turmeric

2 tsp curry powder or few branches of fresh curry (I used fresh)

1 can coconut milk

1 dose of bone broth

for decoration:

pumpkin seeds and oil!
