This recipe I made for my Bosnian Youtube channel so will leave the video under, hope you can get the procedure.

I was experimenting with this “dough” for a long time and now finally I have a perfect match- this recipe does not involve too much sugar but I did “eyeballed” some ingreadients like maple syrup.

Feel free to put more if you would like to have  more heavy taste.

Preheat oven to 180 C

3 oranges

200 g almonds

5 eggs

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/2 tsp orange extract

1 tsp baking powder

Chocolate filling:

1 can coconut cream (hard part of coconut milk)

7-8 spoons unsweetened cacao powder

maple syrup (according to your taste)

Orange gelatine fill:

1 orange

3 gelatine plates

maple syrup (according to your taste)

1/2 cup water

Obviously, these measures you can adjust to the size of your own pan.

For biscuit:

In high speed blender mix 1 whole orange (without skin) and  almonds. Add eggs, maple syrup, orange extract (optional) and baking powder. Mix until until smooth and after this add almond flour.

Bake for 45 min.

Let it get cold. Cut into 3 equal layers

For chocolate:

Melt coconut cream and maple syrup. In the hot mass mix cca 7-8 spoons cacao (Depending how bitter you like your chocolate, I like it quite bitter) and some maple syrup. Mix until smooth.

For orange filling:

Blend one whole orange until smooth, add maple syrup and water and let it boil. After this add two gelatine pieces (like in video) and mix in. Let it cool down a bit.

Cut one orange in small pieces, set aside.

In the same form where you baked the biscuit, start building layers. First biscuit, chocolate, oranges, orange gelatine mass. For procedure please check out video!

Leave in the fridge 3-4 hours, perfectly over night.

Turn it upside down and spill the rest of the chocolate on it. Decorate with some orange peel pieces. ENJOY!
