Hallo my dear English speaking followers! This recipe video is in Bosnian, but for sure you get the picture, taking the recipe bellow in!
These kind of fudge pralines are my favourite during the winter…maybe even too much heh. They are very easy to make and an excellent for those who have no time to make sweets all the time but still do not want to rely on unhealthy and preservatives packed stuff from the store.
Measurements are adjusted to the quantities I had at home, but used in proportion, you can increase or decrease overall mass as needed.
Recipe for the fudge:
1/2 cup hazelnut butter (or any other nut butter)
1/2 cups maple syrup (or honey)
1/2 pumpkin puree (you can check out my video here )
pumpkin pie spice – as much as you prefer (here I used good two tablespoons)
pinch of salt
squeeze of lemon
Pumpkin spice recipe:
4 tbsp cinammon
1 tbsp all spice
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp ground cloves
half tbsp ground nutmeg
