Strawberries parfait is the ideal option for breakfast. It is low calorie, low glycemic index which means that with not so many calories will keep you full long time.

So the recipe is:

130 g strawberries (cca 5 biger strawberies)

1 tbs ground almond

1 tbs ground flax seed

1 tbs chia seeds

100 g Greek yoghurt

1 tbs agave syrup (or honey)

Also you can use any of ground nuts instead of those I used  -hazelnuts, walnuts or similar. Instead greek yogurt you can use any kind of vegan option, as coconut mouse or similar.
