Tomatoes with eggs

4 tomatos

4 eggs

2 tbs olive oil

thyme

parsley

basil

garlic

rosemarin

lemon peel

parmesan

Preheat oven on 200 C.Tomato must be emptied (best with small knife and then with hands). The spices you should mix all together, with lemon peel and olive oil and use it to grease the inside of tomatoes. I did not put the quantity when it comes to spices as this is according to your own taste.

Then put one egg in every tomato and put in the oven. As soon as the meal is in put temperature on 150. I beked them cca 15 min and put parmesan in the end, when already taken out.

Little bit of fresh olive oil on them after baking gives them super fresh taste. Enjoy!
